1. The position has to constantly work towards coordination for sales head / with sales team and with customers for providing information on time. 2. Assist in Sales Data maintenance, validation and update as per need basis. 3. The position has to ensure new customer coordination and raising of quotations are completed with fast response time. 4. Coordinating with Sales team for sales lead/new queries 5. Sending quotations after adequate rate negotiations/Submitting RFQs/ bid as per SH/RSM advise and approval. 6. Customer Mapping, Generating quotations on Software. 7. Coordinating with Sales / Operations team and customers. Desired Candidate Profile Coordinating with sales team on regular basis for new queries/ target customers. Sending quotations to existing / target customers for new queries/ new shpts from Software. Negotiate rates with shipping lines / NVOCC on monthly basis. Generating quotes through Quotation tool. Compiling all the new customer gained each month through Mapping . Filling up & submitting various RFQ / online Bidding in time to customer. Keeping record of all the quotes sent through DQR ( Daily quote report), sending same to SM, RSM, NSM & GM . Generating Lost customers & Gained customers report. Follow up with existing clients for new / upcoming shpts. Negotiate rates with various agents for air & sea imp / exp rates / exworks / Door delivery charges. Follow up with target customers after quoting rates. Enquiring about new co. & taking sales lead from existing customers. Sending routing order to agent for new shpts of existing / new client. Follow up for vessel details/ Booking details. Updating status to client for current shpts. Assisting sales team for various queries on day day basis.
