Product Description
The aim is to deliver state of the art user experience HMI designs as an end to end solution from requirements phase to development phase to validation phase.
We would be working on the latest technologies of HMI development tool chains and adapting to the market trends.

Project Open Position
HMI Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
High Level Understanding of Vehicle Electrical Architecture and Subsystem/Features

Good experience on Infotainment / Instrument cluster features / Display Specifications / Graphical requirements

Responsible for deriving wholistic System testing methodologies

Responsible for Requirement Analysis / effort estimations / work breakdown / Timeline planning on the deliverables

Responsible for leading the Android Auto/Apple CarPlay/CarLife/SDARS Certification activities

Capability to create Certification timing plan and co-ordinate with the supplier for execution of the same

Responsible for internal certification testing and planning for 3PL testing phase

Responsible as Single Point of Contact to suppliers to clarify the certification requirements and align with Suppliers/Google/Apple

Responsible for identifying potential difference between OEM requirements vs Certification Requirements and work out apt alternate strategies for resolution

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communication / Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/ Masters in Computer Applications, Control Systems
3 – 8 years of experience in Certification Activities.
Good understanding of Product development life cycle and V-process

Technical Skills
Experience in handling Android Auto/Apple CarPlay/CarLife/SDARS certification for Infotainment

Exposure to HMI Specification e.g. wireframes, graphics requirements

Exposure to general Cluster Features/Infotainment Features

Expereicned in the certification with both Wired and Wireless connectivity technology

Experienced in the vehicle level interfaces impacting certification

Experienced in the hardware level interfaces impacting certification

Experience in requirement management tools like DOORS, Polarion

Experience in requirement capture tools like Visio, Enterprise Architect, UML

Exposure to various layers of Software Architecture and Hardware architecture

Usage of CANAlyser/CANoE/Certification testing tools/Audio Tuning

Personal Skills
Knowledge on German or Japanese language preferred.

Ability to challenge status quo and adapt to change

Well developed communication and teamwork skills
