• Review and analyze feature specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Collaborate with other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Write and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze test results.
• Create and maintain detailed bug reports to document identified issues.
• Communicate bugs and errors clearly to development teams and follow up on resolutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues across various platforms and environments.
• Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to validate functionality and stability.

Who You Need To Be

• 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong ability to document issues clearly and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience with defect tracking systems and test case management tools.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their testing implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• AStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience testing web applications and related features.
• Hands-on experience with mobile applications across different operating systems
• Automation skills are highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
• Must be based in Delhi/NCR and available to work from the office.
