Profile- Filing and Packing Manager

Location- Roorkee, Uttarakhand

Qualification-Diploma/BE/Graduation in Science/Mater in science

Salary- Up to 60K In hand

Minimum Exp-10 Yrs

Key Responsibility-

• Complete Production planning and timely delivery of orders on daily/weekly and monthly basis
• Ultimate responsible for Manpower planning and handling of 100-180 workmen’s along with 6 supervisors and looking after their job rotation, job enrichment and discipline issues
• Resource/cost optimization
• Operating plants in good housekeeping conditions while implementing Good manufacturing practises
• Ensuring all the physical data is in consonance with ERP data and ensuring implementation of FIFO
• Managing frequent reworks of products
