Exp: 4-5Years Experience in E&T only
Eligibility: MBA/Any Graduate
Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 (Negotiable)
Job Description
- Good Knowledge of E&T documentation (training, skill matrix,Assessment), documents.
- Co-ordination for Training with trainers & trainee to ensure their availability as per TNI for scheduled training.
- Determining Annual & Monthly Training Plans.
- Must have knowledge of TPM
