What you’ll do

• Timely preparation of standard quotation and sharing with the customer

• Store and sort all financial and non financial data in electronic form and present weekly and/or monthly report

• Handle order processing, workflow and shipment advice with accuracy and timeliness

• Inform customer of unforeseen delays or problem related to shipment and documents

• Weekly update of AR /PD with customer and team for timely collection of due amount

• Highly proficient in SFDC and knowledge of SAP / oracle will be a plus

• Ensures compliance of policies and procedure

• Manage routine office operations

Who you are

• Bachelor in BA /B.com (MBA is helpful or masters)

• Proven experience in sales organization (experience as a sales coordinator will be a plus)

• Good digital literacy (Certified MS office user a plus)

• Proficiency in problem solving

• Proven standout colleague, result oriented, able to work under pressure

• Good communication skills / mailing skills.
