As Director, HR, MENA & APAC, Global HRBP Sales & Commercial Operations and Finance, you can look forward to having a central role in Radiometer with a huge amount of independence while also having the opportunity to engage with numerous stakeholders across many countries. You will become a member of our Global HR team and report to the Senior Director, Global HR Business Partnering.
The Director, HR, MENA & APAC, Global HRBP Sales & Commercial Operations and Finance, will be the primary partner to the respective L1 leaders of Global Sales & Commercial Operations and Finance, while also leading the HR team in the region of APAC and MENA.
You will provide direct support to the VPs and their team in Sales & Commercial Operations and Finance and partner with your HR colleagues in other regions and in HR CoEs to ensure we operate as “one HR” in a matrix organization.
The Director, HR, MENA & APAC, Global HRBP Sales & Commercial Operations and Finance will cultivate relationships between associates and managers, linking human resources strategies to business objectives and advising management on a variety of topics related to talent and labor law.
In addition to the L1 VP Partnering, you will be responsible for MENA and APAC region, leading HR associates in the regions, reporting directly to you – total team is approx 5-6 associates. The main challenge for the regions will be to set your team and build a HR Shared Service Center for your region and for the team to become stronger in strategic HR Business Partnering within in the region.
You and your team will be:
Championing Radiometer D&I focus areas, ensuring an increase in diverse candidates in talent funnels and slates.
Ensure compliance from HR in relation to different legal requirements
Championing DBS in all aspects of HR processes and life cycles.
Implementing talent management programs to enhance the effectiveness and capability of the organization in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, associate development, and movement of talent.
Supporting day to day tasks and project in the region
Requirements for this position:
a) Formal Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Science, HRM, or an equivalent discipline.
Certification in Human Resource Management will be an asset.
b) “Must Have” Competencies / Skills / Experience
Solid hands-on experience (15+ years) across different regions within most areas of HR (talent management, performance management, business partnering, compliance, and compensation & benefits, including multi-state responsibility.
5+ years of experience as a people manager (direct, dotted, project management).
Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions.
Experience in working on complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects.
Proven track record of coaching and business partnering with leaders on all levels of the organization
Experience in a changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives.
Ability to tackle hands-on HR-related matters if needed.
Experience with lean principles is a plus.
Project Management and Change Management skills.
Strong business acumen.

Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday.
