We at ESKO have products and solutions for a wide variety of customers from Brand owners to Suppliers. While we already have customers who are using our products and solutions day in and day-out.
You as an eSupport engineer will provide support to our customers on the solutions provided. Specifically focused on Brand owners. Going forward, you might also be solely responsible for handling all issues one a particular brand owner. Though the focus is primarily on brand owners, you will also be interacting with supplier customers.
THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
You will act as a key person to resolve issues that arise while using the solution we have provided to our brand owners. This is an opportunity to learn ESKO products, understand how solutions are built, and interact with solution architects and product experts. You will work very closely with your team, you can help/train your organization, bring in best practices, and so on.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Support customer signed up for 24/7 support.
Work 5 days a week and your weekends might not be Sat/Sun always but any 2 days of the week.
Understand the provided solution
Analyze the issue
Come up with a solution and resolve the situation/issue
Record all actions in our call logging system
Communicate and regularly update our customers
Work as a team
Interact with other teams and departments
Attend training to gain knowledge
Improves skills on the job
