Full Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Create and maintain Jira Projects, Workflows, fields, JQL filters, Permissions, reporting and users while working in a Jira 8.x environment
Create and maintain Confluence space, Permissions, User management and Add-on’s
Installation and maintenance of Atlassian Tools Like Jira, Confluence
Work with cross functional Agile teams to understand their specific Jira needs and provide guidance and solutions
Perform bulk changes and CSV imports
Custom Scripting for bulk operations
Writing of script using APIs to enable self-service
Create and maintain platform for hosting tools like Jira and Confluence
Configure and maintain application for optimum performance
Write and execute test cases for performance and regression testing for Jira and Confluence
Query database to troubleshoot issues
Create dashboards and alerting notification for active monitoring of applications
Assist team in resolving Incidents related to applications like Jira and Confluence
Optimize and manage authentication and authorisation for Jira and Confluence
Creating deployment pipelines by writing templates in Azure DevOps

Skills that we are looking for:
Robust knowledge of Atlassian product suits [Jira, Confluence]
Excellent understanding of Jira workflows, Permission, Notification, Screen Schemes, JQL and add-on’s
Having skills to create custom plugin for Jira and Confluence [preferred]
Knowledge on script runner [preferred]
Administrative experience in Linux environment [RHEL/Ubuntu]
Hands-on experience in infrastructure creation and maintenance, preferably using terraform
Working experience with tools and technologies like Git, Docker, Azure DevOps, Argo CD
Proven experience in any one configuration management tool [Chef, Ansible]
Application monitoring using stack such as [Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow]
Log monitoring using tools like ELK
Exposure to any one database [ Microsoft SQL / PostgreSQL /Oracle DB ]
Exposure to Kubernetes, Helm Charts [preferred]
Exposure to any one cloud platform [AWS, Azure, GCP]
Working experience on any one scripting language [Shell/Python/Ruby]
