Responsibilities:

· Experience in customer services, minimum 2 years

· Excellent English speaking, grammar and spelling

· Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive and solution focused

· Meet our customer-centric targets/SLA’s through the provision of excellent customer experience across all customer channels and touch points (email, phone, live chat)

· Responding to customer contacts and solving any issues in a helpful, empathic manner

· Processing orders and accurately input and document actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards

· Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Head of Customer Services

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)

· Experience of Customer Service

· Good Communication

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
