Job Description

Responsibilities :
To make sure the Bookkeeping work is updated on a day-to-day basis.

To Produce monthly Management Accounts along with all the Reconciliations.

To work with a team and review if required work done by team members.

Follow all the statutory deadlines regarding Sales Tax Return, Company Tax Returns.

Liaise with suppliers/Customers when required to resolve any accounting queries.

Monthly meetings with Company Manager to go over Management accounts

Produce any ad hoc reports as and when required.

Desired Skills:
Preferred candidate with sound knowledge of Bookkeeping and all the reconciliations.

Candidate working in different areas of accounting will be an added advantage.

Good in accounting principles and excellent skills in Excel/google sheets.

Good at Data verification, Analysis and experience working in different accounting

software.

Work experience in E-commerce industries and UK Accounting will be an added

advantage.

Having experience in preparing financial statements.

Should be good in both written and oral English communication.
