An ideal candidate Customer Success Manager should have the following traits and qualifications:

• Comfortable working with Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.
• Proficiency in word processing and presentation software
• Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers
• Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques
• Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
• Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
• Knowledge of CRM and its best practices
• Building good rapport with the clients
• Constantly being in touch with the clients
• Proactively resolving issues
• Onboarding new Partners
• Keeping Deals upto Date in CRM and doing regular follow-ups
• Preparing Proposals for the clients
• Instructor Coordination
• Training Coordination
• External Communication – Being the face of DataCouch
• Storytelling using Google Slides, Canva etc.
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
• Coordination of Meetings/Teleconference/ Preparation/Record of Minutes of the meeting
• Assisting Partners, Customers and Employees with their non-technical queries
• Other responsibilities as assigned based on the business needs

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
