Overview of position:

Datamatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly motivated applicants to join our Medical Scribe team in a full-time capacity. The Medical Scribe is responsible for assisting the physician in a hospital setting by summarizing clinical information in EHR.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

Accurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures as they are being described and performed by the physician, including but not limited to:

• Patient medical history and physical exam,
• Procedures and treatments performed by healthcare professionals, including nurses and physician assistants.
• Patient education and explanation of risks and benefits as dictated by clinical staff.
• Physician-dictated diagnoses, prescriptions and instructions for patient or family members for self-care and follow-up
• Proofread and edit all the physician’s medical documents for accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Prepare referral letters as directed by the physician.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical scribe certification and training preferred
• Prior medical scribing experience in a clinical/hospital setting
• Superior computer and typing skills and EMR experience
• Strong language and writing skills
• Willingness to work in night shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
