Position: Quality Control Engineer

Experience required: 0 – 1 Years
Job Location: Anand Gujarat

Job Description:

• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.

• Quality control inspectors monitor the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, communicating any required changes to the production supervisor.

• Maintaining detailed records of the testing that’s been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.

• Data collected from inspections and then creating reports for the quality manager of the company to highlight issues, detail the number of defective products being produced, and explain where improvements can be made.

• Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.

• Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.

• Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.

• Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.

Skills and Specifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good knowledge of MS. Office

• Keen attention to detail

• Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
