You will work to support our healthcare clients in USA. Experience in working with USA clients and patients are important. Having a neutral English accent is very important – you don’t need to have a USA accent.
Consistent, compassionate and quality customer service over the phone are crucial. You will provide appointment reminders, recall patients that are due for their medical checkup, re-appoint patients that did not show up for their appointment.
The main goal is to keep patients happy so that they leave our clients 5 star google reviews.
Patients speak with various accents including but not limited to Spanish, South asian, Chinese, African American etc. You need to be comfortable with these accents.
