Dayz footwear Hiring for DGM, Sales at Bahādurgarh Full Time

• Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
• Prepare and Disseminate sale goals and business strategies to subordinate.
• Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
• Prepare month-wise sales reports online as well as offline.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print,online,electronic media,and direct mail.
• Provide product,price,and distributors’ feedback to the Top management.
• Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
• Staying within the department’s annual allotted budget including travel and dining clients and other business expenses.
• Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
• Passing sales contracts for orders.
• The Recruitment and training of sales staff.
• Retaining top sales team members.
• Assessing quarterly/ half yearly performance of DGM, RM and Salesman and provide appropriate feedback

ACCOUNT ABILITIES

• Generating Revenue for the company.
• Bridging the communication between the Director and the Sales team.
• Strategizing for all the products, pricing, Distribution and Promotions.
• Customer satisfaction and service.
• Budget allocation and fulfillment.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL: Logical thought process, customer behavior knowledge, distributor data of all around India, Knowledge of margins and profits, creative mindset, best category of communication skills.
