Provide general administration support to colleagues
Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences and other special events.
Control stationery and other office consumables at the most efficient cost reduction manner.
Administer offices expenses and ensure record keeping, activities of driver team (e.g. gasoline, parking / toll fee, lubricant refilling, spare-part replacement, repairing etc.)
Supervise office cleaning team to ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the office
Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operation including security, alarms and transportation and in problem solving.
Furniture & equipment maintenance
Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the company
Periodic reports related to Administration services and expenses.
Keep contact with building management to be support for ISO application
Ensure legal and ethical compliance of Administration policies, procedures and practices
To support other company functions such as receptionist in backup case
To get the quotation and analyze the price proposals for admin items and other information to determine reasonable prices.
To evaluate administration suppliers based on price, quality and delivery time
Maintain and review records of items bough, costs, delivery, product performance and inventories
To execute any tasks required for administration.
Good English communication skills
Organizing and coordinating skills
Knowledge of the administrative policies and procedures
Knowledge about MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Honest and responsibility
Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics or related fields considered an advantage
Prefer 2 years experience in the same or similar position
