We are having an urgent opening for the position of Factory Admin for a reputed company at the Taloja(Navi Mumbai) location.

Job Description:
Handling Factory Administration and Operation.
Managing Dispatch, repair, and transport of the factory.
Induction through the Employee handbook to the new members onboarding.
Attendance control and strict monitoring of in & outs relate to staff and workers.
Mentoring/Counseling the members on a need basis.
Strict control over the deployed contractors and registered workers under them.
Coordination with Head office.
Inhouse Factory Co-ordination.
