We have an urgent opening for the position of Healthcare Assistant for a reputed Healthcare Company.

Job Description:
A US-based digital health company is seeking nurses and medical assistants to lead day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

Managing a remote patient monitoring program- using an online dashboard to track which patients’ data is out of range, following up with patients accordingly, and reminding them regularly take their blood pressure and Diabetes A1c readings

Scheduling appointments with patients

Handling incoming ePrescription requests. Working with pharmacies and doctors to fill patient’s prescriptions

Triaging eFaxes, patient phone calls, and messages

Verifying patient insurance eligibility

Requirements

3 -5 years experience

Excellent verbal English skills

Strong internet connection, a place to work with limited background noise

Willingness to work 10 am – 8 pm EST (8.30 pm – 6 am IST) and weekends

Several options for schedule available:
3 days on, 4 days off

4 days on, 3 days off

or 5 days on, 2 days off
