Job description: – We have an urgent opening for the position of HR & Recruitment for a reputed company at the Goregaon location.

• 50 % of the Job profile will include recruitment as a key responsibility.
• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process
• On-Boarding process
• Prepare and share reports/ updated data (MIS) on a regular/ daily basis
• Centralized Employee Data Management.
• Exit Management
• Documentation in the Employee Life- Cycle

Requirements: –

• Excellent spoken/written English communication skills
• Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, Referrals
• Strong presentation skills.
