About company: – You will be working with the MNC as a centre head for training institute.

And it is into beauty and wellness, hiring for their training institute where they provide courses related to cosmetology.

It is 6 days working, sunday will be off ,but last Sunday can be working if target not achieved.

Salary – 5 lpa to 8.5 lpa .

Experience – Minimum experience of 4 years into beauty and wellness or training and fitness or in education .

Good experience is mandatory into sales, marketing, revenue generation and counselling.

Roles and responsibilities : –

1. To manage the Institute as a Profit Centre.

2. To plan, implement, monitor & control Business Plan for the outlet.

3. To implement all SOP’s & control MIS.

4. Manage all staff, Recruitment and induction of staff.

5. Meeting Targets as budgeted for the Institute and deliver OS

6. To ensure regular business growth in the Institute.

7. To check Quality & Delivery of Education.

8. To control all Departments, i.e., Accounts, Faculty & Admin, Certification, Placement, Purchase

9. Ensure smooth coordination with Central Team & handle Escalation.

10. Implement all Policies & Procedures.

11. To Manage all Digital Media & BTL Activities

12. All Sales call- Tele- walk In must be managed as per Guidelines .
