Job Profile:

• Assisting in finalisation of accounts with schedule & annexures
• Bank MIS, Stock Statement, Tax Assessments, Statutory form issuance & receivable follow-up
• GST & Monthly return filing
• Finalisation of tax audit

Direct Taxes:

• Advance tax computation and deposit of tax.
• Timely filing of Corporate Income Tax Returns
• Assessments and Appeals preparation and submission of the required details; and preparation / drafting/submission of replies and appeal points for assessments and appeals
• Liaison and appearing before tax authorities for assessments and appeal hearings.
• TDS Administration proper deduction and timely deposit of tax.
• Employees Taxation
• All compliances relating to Indian direct taxes.
• DTAT / DTAA matters for Foreign Remittances. Preparation of 15 CA/CB. ROC related work with yearly return.
• Income Tax Computation and return finalisation for Corporate, Individual, & Trust.

Indirect Taxes (Service Tax, VAT, WCT, CST)

• Determination of Tax liability, Cenvat credit; Timely payment of taxes; VAT audit; Timely Filing of tax returns; Preparing and submitting details to tax authorities; Liaison and appearing before tax authorities; Completion of assessment and appeals.
• Service Tax Calculation and finalisation for Corporate, & Trust

Statutory Compliances: Payment of all statutory dues/contributions, and filing of returns on time (e.g. PF, Gratuity. Professional Tax).

Skills & Knowledge: Advance Excel, Tally

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 8+ years
