Job Description

As a Frontend Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Depending on your experience, you may also mentor junior developers and take ownership of architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features and responsive web interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of web applications.
• Implement state management using Redux or Mobx.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code; conduct unit testing.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (for Mid/Senior).
• Explore, recommend, and integrate new frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Lead architecture discussions and enforce frontend best practices (for Senior).

Junior Developer

Qualifications (Based on Level):

• 1-2 years of frontend development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Redux/Mobx and RESTful API integration.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Exposure to GraphQL or TypeScript is a plus.

Mid-Level Developer

• 3-5 years of frontend development experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux/Mobx) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Proficiency in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, TypeScript, or AI/ML/LLM projects is a plus.

Senior Developer

• 6+ years of frontend development experience with proven leadership.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience leading frontend architecture and complex web applications.
• Proficient in Redux/Mobx, RESTful APIs, testing, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Git, build tools, deployment pipelines.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and team leadership skills.
• Experience in GraphQL, TypeScript, and AI-driven platforms is a plus.
