Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Develop a content strategy aligned with both short-term and long-term goals. Create and produce various types of content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more. Editorial Duties: Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and punctuation. Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality. SEO: Optimize content for search engines and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Social Media: Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms. Engage with the community and respond to comments and questions. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure a unified brand message. Assist other departments with content requirements as needed. Analytics: Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Report on monthly KPIs to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in content creation. Proficiency in MS Office and various Content Management Systems (CMS). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
