Senior Executive – Conversations

Senior Executive – Conversations will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.

Role & Responsibilities

– Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows – Collection and profiling of data – Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events – Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings – Adhering to quality standards – Achieving targets set for activities assigned – Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers – Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines – Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities

Desired skills,

experience & qualification:

• Graduate in any stream

• 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)

• Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.

• Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services

• Excellent proficiency in MS – Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) – Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
