The Candidate should have an experience of 9+ Years as an HR Lead and Leading a Team of Professionals aspiring to Grow with the Organisation. The Candidate should be well versed with Payroll Processing and with the latest Compliance Laws and Procedures.

Talent Acquisition
Attracting and sourcing candidates·
· Ensure adherence to recruitment process.
Onboarding and Induction Program
· Ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners
Plan and implement induction for all new joiners.·
Performance Management
Implement performance management system·
· Coaching and counseling line managers and employees
Advise line managers on action regarding high/low performers·
Monitor annual appraisal process and recommend actions·
Employee Engagement
· Develop and implement employee engagement calendar
Implement retention measures·
Design and implement career path·
Employee Relations
Act as communication link between employees and management·
Conduct exit interviews, evaluate comments and propose critical areas of improvement to management·
Comply with statutory requirements·
Encourage open communication and facilitate a harmonious working environment·
Performance linked incentive
