 
										
					
				
           
Department: Corporate Office, Janakpuri Location:Human Resource Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi Responsibilities: 1. Identification of vacancy, arrange for advertising and monitor result.
 2. Manage the resume database & source candidates.
 3. Assist in recruitment process.
 4. Assist in sourcing / outsourcing staff meeting/ trainings.
 5. Ensure Volunteers / Interns placement within stipulated time.
 6. Prepare s for volunteers in consultation with respective Project in-charge.
 7. Ensure joining formalities & Induction of Volunteers.
 8. Ensure exit formalities of Volunteers / Interns.
 9. Maintain and periodically update records of employees.
 10. Documentation of HR related documents.
 11. Maintain transparency of HR related activities and information at all levels within the department.
 12. Keep supervisor updated on a regular basis.
 13. Furnish regular Weekly report of activities.
 14. Support the team in various employee engagement activities.
 15. Performing administrative tasks as and when required.
 16. Assist administration in the attendance preparation by providing relevant data (absence, leave, late comings etc.)
 17. Preparation of comparative statements for the purchase procurements.
 18. Prepare purchase order for the purchase procurements.
