responsibilities for this position include:

Constant need for MS office skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio

Oversee updates, edits, and revisions of existing curriculum development of new trainings

Plan the monthly course offering schedule with the Workshop Coordinator

Directly manage all Workshop Instructors who teach the curriculum

Hire and train new instructors and ensure consistency across the curriculum delivery

Assist with the General Workshop Training Course, approve student quizzes, and introduce new users to the space

Assist with the Shoparone 101 Training course, conducting the workshop walk-through for each session and update the curriculum as needed

Plan and execute larger shop oriented projects to improve shop usability, including custom fabrication projects, spec’ing new equipment

Trend equipment failures and determine ways to improve overall operations

Coordinate projects across multiple functional areas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
