• Own and lead Grafana Enterprise as SME & App Owner
• Gather and understand data requirements, work with cross team to develop Dashboard, automated data integration.
• Design and implement end-to-end operational monitoring dashboards with modern data visualization frameworks, like Grafana, Splunk and ELK.
• Extracting and combining data from various heterogeneous data sources.
• Designing, implementing and supporting platforms that can provide ad-hoc access to large data-sets.
• Document/demo technical solutions & architectural patterns for the benefit of project team, other impacted teams, solution customers, and business sponsors.
• Actively participate in agile project planning, including backlog creation, requirement clarification, prioritization, and regular grooming.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong knowledge on Operational Systems like Windows and Linux [Infrastructure];
• Strong Technical knowledge in infrastructure monitoring Tools like [ SCOM, Zabbix, Foglight, OEM-Oracle, SMARTS,]
• Application performance monitoring and management in a distributed system environment, or capacity monitoring and management in a distributed system environment. (E.g. performance analyst, capacity planner information system modeler, design engineer, system administrator);
• Good experience with supporting Infrastructure, DB and Application Monitoring tools and methodology and standard Windows based performance monitors (Perfmon);
• Knowledge performing Data Integrations using Web Services and API methods;

Desirable Requirements

• Develop relevant internal training materials and perform training for application and infrastructure team;
• Experience with performance tuning as it relates to application performance.
• Database (Oracle & MSSQL) skills are added advantage
• Ability to prioritize, manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment and to develop new approaches to complex design problems;
• Excellent customer focus and communications skills;
