What you’ll achieve

Partner PO Service team for Global team is responsible for overseeing and managing Professional Service Vendor Purchase Order lifecycle from creation to closure across all divisions

This team will manage the Services Vendor purchase orders working closely with the Vendors, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Project Accountants, Procurement, Accounts Payables & Corporate Finance

As an Analyst, Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Professional Service Vendor Purchase Order lifecycle from creation to closure across all divisions. You will be working closely with the Vendors, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Project Accountants, Procurement, Accounts Payables & Corporate Finance.

You will:

This role is to work with both our Partner PO services team and the Project Accounting team. The candidate will be working with our cross functional teams within the Business such as Business Operations, Delivery and PS Finance. The Partner PO Team provides support through the entire end to end P.O. Lifecycle process for contingent labor. The Project Accounting Team provides project financial administrative support throughout the Project Lifecycle.

Essential Requirements

• Good understanding of end-to-end P.O. Lifecycle process
• Analytical skills of Invoices vs Service entry sheet uploads
• Sense of Urgency and Time management skills
• Ability to work cross-functional at all levels
• Problem solving skills & Presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large daily flow of both operational support needs, and project/process improvement related needs
• Graduation in Commerce or equivalent Preferred (Non-Engineering)

Desirable Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance related discipline
• Project Accounting Knowledge
• Ability to work independently while part of a remote team
• Excellent communication skills
