Customer Experience Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for representing the interests of our Customers and drive positive changes in the Customer Experience. To represent the best interests of the Customer, you will need to use data, persuasion, storytelling, and soft influence. You will work with the CSG, CSB, Commercial client, and various cross-functional teams on the PBnX transformation workstream designed to drive premium experiences.
You will:
Support Dell’s worldwide Customer Experience and Advocacy strategy using fact-based analysis and insights
Identify and evaluate strategies, using qualitative and quantitative research
Research market and competitive trends to influence decision making
Enable executive and customer communications, collaborating across the business for streamlined messaging
Support relationships with internal business partners to align priorities and maximize outcomes for our customers

Essential Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing/management, program/project management, Customer Experience, solution selling motions and needs analysis
Deep knowledge of Computing or Client Solutions sales route to market or technical support/Customer care transformational background in a technical industry
Good interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead change initiatives
Desirable Requirements
Dell CSG, CSB, or Product background or familiarity
Ability to use pre-generated data and insights to make recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
