Sr Consultant – Telemetry Data Engineer Data Engineering is all about breaking new ground to enable businesses to answer their most urgent questions. What you’ll achieve
In our ISG Advanced Analytics group as a Sr.Consultant you will be part of a team processing and delivering data analytics to all our business groups and business applications in the form of insights and facts. You will be leading the pivotal effort of assimilating and transforming telemetry data, by leveraging best in class data engineering techniques and data science models, from different web applications and data sources. You will also strategize and architect the overall data linkage between various data perspectives (sales, system utilization etc.,), so as to enable seamless end-to-end view of all product related insights, deep end analytics and data science modeling. You will deliver and maintain best-in class, streamlined, optimized and efficient data flow and processing of large, varied set of structured and unstructured data. Your will closely work with Dell Digital, IT, Engineering, and various applications teams to build and manage the highest performance system and lead other Data engineers. Essential Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience and proven track record of successfully leading and developing multiple complex data related solutions.
• Must have worked on end-to-end solutioning of data projects, right from developing the overall strategy to successful maintenance of the projects/solution without any guidance.
• Apart from being hands on the project, must have led and guided other Data engineers and Data Scientist towards the implementation of the solutions. Should have expert hands on experience in developing Data Science models towards the implementation of overall solution
• Experience in cutting-edge business intelligence solutions involving Teradata, Streamsets, Kafka, Azure Data Factory. With hand-on expertise in SQL, NoSQL Mongo dB, SQL server tools, Mem SQL and Scripting languages. Advance knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling
• Expert skills in building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata dependency and workload management

Desirable Requirements

• Working knowledge in data Integrations using Web Services and API methods.
• Hands on developing Data Visualization Solutions is a definite plus
