Order Management Senior Specialist It’s not just our products that break the mold. The way we fulfil orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business. What you’ll achieve
As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the end-to-end order management process, while being responsible for documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research. You will work with internal and external customers to process and verify the accuracy of online and offline orders.
You will:

• Identifies issues/process improvements in area of expertise to improve Customer Experience and increase productivity
• Participates in improvement programs cross-functionally to implement process enhancements
• Solves complex customer escalations
• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations or decisions
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communication in English language, both written and spoken
• Additional Advantage: Mandarin Language, both spoken and written.
• Typically requires a minimum 1+ year of APJ Order Processing experience
• Quality results on target, Compiles weekly/monthly reports regarding Quality Audits and Performs quality audits, identifies bottom quartile and recommends refresher training/coaching as needed
• Problem solving skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
