Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
You will:

• Payroll system changes/New Payroll System Setups
• Payroll Integrations/Workday Integrations
• MyTime and other 3rd party Time & Attendance Systems
• 3rd party (non-payroll) vendor changes & Vendor Management
• Business Partner Projects (i.e., Benefits, Compensation, Accounting, etc.)
• Mergers & Acquisitions/Legal Entity Harmonization
• Gov’t Regulation, Compliance, IT Security, Corp Audit support

Essential Requirements

• Excellent Project Management Skills, including process analysis and problem-solving ability & excellent people management and organizational skills & customer-focused
• Project Management understanding & ability to deliver on time, within budget, and to exceed targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence at different management levels & excellent interpersonal, motivational and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, work well under pressure & strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to pivot between projects quickly
• Utilize the benefit of lessons learned and introduce best practices across the various projects undertaken

Desirable Requirements

• Payroll Experience & Knowledge is a plus
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
