Planview Training & Adoption Support Analyst The Planview Training & Adoption Support Analyst role is responsible for providing adoption and training services to all users of our Planview Enterprise One & LeanKit tools . The Training & Adoption Support Analyst will lead training development initiatives, propose strategies, and solutions to ensure that learning needs are met for our users. What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. Working closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects.
You will:

• Be a subject matter expert for our Planview Enterprise One & LeanKit implementations, understanding how it’s used across our business units.
• Support Planview Administrator troubleshooting issues/defects, configuring lifecycles, screens and scripted dialogs, maintaining user grants, etc.
• Outline and deliver strategies to increase tool adoption including training material/content development, addressing user support questions and concerns, facilitating Hypercare calls etc.
• Develop written materials, prepare training environment, and delivery thorough instructor led (live or virtual) training solutions

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years as a Planview administrator
• 1+ years as a Planview user
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination of assigned administration activities and tasks
• Ability to work independently and multi-task

Desirable Requirements

• Planview lifecycle, configured screens and scripted dialog configuration experience desired
• Leankit & PowerBI familiarity desired
• Planview Enterprise One training development and / or delivery
