What you’ll achieve
As a Web Production Senior Analyst, you will design and develop web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, the web infrastructure for new product releases and new web-hosted product offerings. You will work with subject matter owners and IT to ensure effective, updated and informative websites. You will:

• Maintain online content for the customer-facing properties for Dell Technologies within SLA and consistently deliver high quality output
• Update content as requested by stakeholders – this can be run the business updates or new page creation. Assisting operations team members by answering questions and providing support
• Supporting updates in any environment (Test, Preview, Prod) should a track lead need content setup assistance
• Assisting with testing of new features/functionality as part of launch activities
• Logging and communicating defects/issues/training issues encountered as part of the content set up for deployment
• Troubleshooting issues that may arise and reporting back RCAs
• Supporting training documentation creation

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on experience using enterprise-grade CMSes (Jive, Adobe AEM, Sharepoint etc)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (ability to manage multiple engagements globally)
• Deep knowledge working with content
• Familiar with online metrics and reporting using site catalyst and/or omniture will be an added advantage
• Familiar with digital imaging tools like Photoshop
• Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Abreast with trends on eCommerce platforms and online businesses

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent communication skills ‐ verbal and written English language. Additional languages are a plus
• Excellent execution skills with high quality, focus on prioritization, timeliness and SLA adherence
• Graduate with 5+ years’ experience
