What you’ll achieve Dell’s Global Ops Organization is hiring Senior Principal Software Engineer who is primarily an application development expert who can provide solutions and help in implementation using appropriate technologies. Global Ops Organization caters to the Software Engineering needs of Dell’s manufacturing. You will:

• Analyse business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions for internal and external customers. Designs, evaluates, codes, configures, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements
• Responsible for preparing design documentation.
• Designs, codes, tests, debug and documents software according to Dell’s systems standards, policies and procedures, security and compliance requirements.

• 12-14 years of experience in software application development with BE/B.Tech/MCA.
• Strong experience in design, development using micro-services architecture (using .net core/ Spring Boot, Angular, Python etc.,) for deployment to cloud technologies (preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Deep knowledge and experience in design, development of applications on both relational (Oracle) and No-SQL(MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.,) skills.
• Proven overall Architecture and Design skills and able to find creative scalable solutions to complex problems.

Desirable Requirements

• Self-directed with strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with XP/Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
