Job Title: Software Engineer 2-IT Join us as a Software Engineer 2 – IT on our HRIT team in Hyderabad to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As a Software Engineer 2-IT, you will be responsible for developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes furthermore investigating problem areas by following software development methodologies inspired over BDD. You will work with multiple HR CoEs on preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming further improving operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. You will:

• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques; participate in educational opportunities
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new refinements; work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
• Be persistent, creative problem solver
• Understand business need and know how to create the tools to manage them

• Model and manage the expectations against our business end-users and rest of the stakeholders involved to achieve service excellence, meet and exceed organizational objectives and support fiscal responsibility
• Design, Build, Test and Deploy integration solutions for Workday using BDD and another applicable format within which the project program is being executed against
• Troubleshoot integration issues in depth expertise in Workday solution
• Demonstrated integration experience in Human resources related domains, (Payroll, Time and Attendance, etc.)
• Contribute to customer experience with Payroll products, tools and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
• Experience in Greenfield/ Brownfield development and support – Angular, Java, Advanced Java scripting, PL-SQL and database scripting that contribute to maintaining and managing customer satisfaction
• Web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other integration technologies
• 4 – 5 years integrating SaaS Cloud-based ERP systems with other 3rd party service vendors downstream(s)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT and or equivalent work experience

Desirable Requirements

• Good to have exposure to automation tools and languages including Python, Selenium
• Good to have exposure to Pivotal and PCF platforms
