Senior Principal Software Engineer The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:

• Lead the effort on UEFI Firmware Design & Development, Triage, and solution development for DELL Core BIOS.
• Adopt or develop CI/CD processes and tools to make our development & delivery simpler and more robust.
• Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes.
• Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery, and field issues.
• Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through design development, test and delivery

Essential Requirements

• 14+ years of UEFI development experience is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly
• Strong programming and debugging experience in C.
• Strong desire to work as a team and design & develop with a customer focus.
• Never give up attitude.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in various debug methods like Arium / HDT/DCI etc…
