Preparing independent audit plans, conducting internal reviews and establishing audit criteria, they ensure full compliance with legislatively mandated initiatives including Sarbanes-Oxley. Auditing the activities of diverse departments, reporting the results to leadership and the Audit committee – and recommending controls if appropriate – this dedicated team makes sure that our organization is a fully compliant success.

Key Responsibilities

• Account receivable activities.
• Reconciliations
• Accurate allocation of cash with high efficiency.
• Reporting
• Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/disputes.
• Adheres to credit & collections policies while issuing credit notes/ refunds, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls.
• Checks and verifies account receivable records, prepares invoices, credit notes, refunds, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts receivable records.
• Reviews status of accounts and initiates collection action by contacting each account.

Essential Requirements

• Should have prior experience in Accounts Receivable
• Good Excel Knowledge
• Very good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Flexible with Shifts.

Desirable Requirements

• Cash applications and collections experience for US customers.
