Job Description Job Title: Draftsman – Residential, Commercial & Township Projects Location: Mumbai (Travel to project sites may be required) Company: Della Township Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling large-scale township projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
- Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
- Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
- Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.
Job Expectations
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Knowledge of local development control regulations (DCR) and municipal requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field.
Minimum Job Experience
3–7 years of experience in drafting for residential, commercial, and township projects.
