Position Summary

Analyst – Germany ADM Team – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

USI DE ADM team has an opportunity for Analyst role. Join the team which will involve in closely working with the German team in various ADM related work.

Work you’ll do

The ADM team will perform various financial reporting and financial analysis activities. The ADM team will be an extension of the finance team and will be responsible for various ADM related work and working on SAP platforms (SWIFT) and using S4.

Responsibilities and Duties:

DM Operational Responsibilities

Existing DC :

• Timely reporting challenges/issues to Team Lead/Seniors.
• Communicating with GFS team for task completion status.
• Responding to DC for queries related to invoice/timesheet/HR data.
• Responsible to make sure Billing is done on time as per payment term agreement.
• Make sure that GFS has processed all the invoices within payment term & co-ordinate if there is any issue.

New DC Onboarding Responsibilities :

• Helping Seniors on testing different scenarios in SDS for new DC onboarding.
• Documenting all the challenges during testing & reporting to seniors.
• DM Reporting Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis ADM :

• Supporting seniors in creating new reports for COOs/ Business lines as per their requirements with the help of SPOC or Team Lead.
• Responsible for handling general business query/ad-hoc request.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM/9 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in finance background BCom/BBA/MBA.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance related work.
• You are a dynamic and flexible person with good numerical and commercial skills
• You have a high level of responsibility and ability to use own initiative
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office suits.

Preferred:

• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Firsthand experience in business accounting/controlling will be an added advantage.
