PMO Analyst – CAM support
We are looking for a candidate who can provide support to the team on reporting, data analytics, operations, and project management; someone who has a flair for process optimization and reporting. Specifically, we would like to invite applications from candidates with experience in macros, reporting, data management, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and pays close attention to detail, has an excellent customer service attitude, and is quick to offer creative solutions in the face of any setbacks. Will work closely with team members and managers in India and the US to support the leadership on operations?EUR(TM) reports and processes. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to –

• Able to prepare initial project scope and demonstrates a sound understanding of project management lifecycle. Maintain project trackers (tasks, owners, deliverables, next steps) and update CAM dashboard periodically
• Owns assigned projects end to end and coordinates and/or collaborates with others to manage multiple workstreams for the assigned projects
• Identify opportunities to automate leadership reports such as performance, compliance, budget, headcount and others. Develop dashboards/reports to meet the business needs of various stakeholders
• Make sense of the data to create insights that can drive actions and outcomes
• Interpret stakeholder needs, and translate into understandable written requirements
• Generation of periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership
• Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements
• Manage communication channels and logistics for the upcoming CAM events like All hands meetings, L&D Power hours etc.
• Ensure compliance to standards as per firm/team processes & practices
• Understands various standards, procedures, latest tools/technologies and best practices followed by the business for data collation, reporting, and maintenance
• Prepare various reports related to CAMs business and maintain CAM distribution lists. Tracks, Collects, synthesizes, and analyzes primary/secondary data and supports insight generation

The team
Client Account Managers are client leaders – enabling account teams to deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most important clients, and accelerate profitable growth for the Firm
With a client-first mindset, CAMs:

• Align with Deloitte?EUR(TM)s businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint
• Help develop and deliver Green Dot account strategies to address client issues
• Bring insights and leading practices to accounts
• Drive operational efficiencies to keep client service PPMDs and professional?EUR(TM)s client-facing and help account teams win work

Qualifications

• An MBA or any postgraduate degree
• Experience of 2-3 years in PMO role
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with handling large data sets using tools like of Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining MS teams and Sharepoint site will be a plus
• Required experience in project management/PMO (including workplan development and maintenance)
• Candidate must demonstrate good understanding of the business fundamentals
• Should be able to extract information/carry out research for meetings (internal and client), calls, project proposals
• Self-motivated and strong team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams
• Ability to take initiative and interact with US managers; self-starter
• Good relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate the firm/large organizations
• Works well both independently and on teams

Work Location: Hyderabad
Work timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
