Analyst / Senior Analyst – Client Account Coordinator – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Working as an Account Coordinator, you will be a key part of the Clients team at Deloitte. The role works closely with the Lead Client Service Partner, Client Relationship Executive, Client Account Manager and Client Service Team (CST) to make an impact that matters to their client.
Work you’ll do
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for
- Day-to-day coordination and delivery of account management activities, including developing consistent high quality account financial and pipeline performance reports, relevant client information, coordinating Client Service Team meetings, assisting in the delivery of campaigns, relationship programs and events and managing the requests from various commercial frameworks
- Working directly with the CST leads and client service teams you will be directly responsible for all internal account support under the guidance of the Senior Client Account Managers and LCSPs.
- You will also manage team sites, client relationship management activities, develop internal communications and support client feedback by coordinating client interviews, win / loss debriefs and sharing information and insights.
- You will also collaborate with the account management community to build and leverage best practice and provide support for special project work as required.
- Support Account managers on account operations through bringing discipline and rigor to account team cadence through:
o Keeping client experience at the center of the account team’s purpose and engagement (e.g. CST meetings, communications, team site collaboration etc.)
o Review annual reports to provide recommendations, risks, issues, thought leadership, Deloitte opportunities etc.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of account marketing assets, proposal assets, and onboarding assets
o Mapping executive relationships within the account and driving the development of strategic relationship plans
- Contribute to the account vision and strategy (e.g. planning, communication, execution and performance measurement)
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree/ MBA (Marketing)
- 1-5 yrs proven work experience in Market research, account/client management experience is an added advantage
- Demonstrable experience working in a complex client service team within a professional services firm environment or be able to demonstrate the ability to perform in such an environment
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong decision-making ability and capacity to exercise sound judgement and diplomacy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred:
- MS office suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a virtual setup
- Project management software experience – MS Teams
- Experience in a Professional Service firm
