The Team

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in the TowerCo/ InfraCo industry and with general knowledge & understanding of the Telco Domain
• At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting (preferably Big 4 or similar)
• Sound understanding of TowerCo/ InfraCo value chain, infrastructure & civils requirements, typical architecture, business & operating models, cost and revenue drivers, typical product portfolio & services
• Awareness of TowerCo/ InfraCo industry trends, upcoming disruptors, key deals and carve-outs in the recent past
• Basic understanding of Telco Mobility and Fixed network architecture
• Highly proficient in using MS Powerpoint and Excel / TowerCo applications
• Analytical and modelling capabilities
• Typical RFP sourcing mechanism awareness across TowerCo/ InfraCo and or/ Telco services & equipment (passive and/or active)

• Knowledge of the TowerCo industry
• Strategy formulation and/or operational improvement
• Structured thinking
• Number crunching / analysis
