We are looking for bold and talkative Female candidates to be our CRM executive with a go-getting attitude.CRM team will be a very important part of this company who coordinate between all department teams and make sure the customer’s activities are completed along with handling your primary responsibilities mentioned below.Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with existing customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently by interacting with support team.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest features of our products in order to increase sales and usage.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by helping sales team with cold calling prospective customers and getting references from existing customers.
• Understanding customer’s individual needs and addressing them.
• Conducting business reviews to improvise the sales and support activities.
• Learning better CRM methodologies and strategizing accordingly.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A minimum of 1 years experience handling customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
• Ability to learn our products and their benefits quickly.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Should be ready to travel in and out station and meet clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Should be career oriented.
