We are looking for a CRM Officer who would successfully provide support to our players by being a liaison between the company and our players.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers through calls, emails, chats

Identify, acknowledge and handle customer’s queries promptly

Provide assistance to the users within the time limits and ensure resolution

Be professional and take the ownership of the user’s concerns

Maintain positive, empathetic attitude toward users

Requirements

Have an active listening ability

Be able to multi-task

5 days working/9-hour shift

Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Pre-requisites:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.

Multitasking skills.

Ability to contribute individually.

Good problem-solving skills.
