We are looking for a Director with 12+ years of experience to lead and enhance our Procurement / Source-to-Contract Services with a focus on building and growing the capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Provide deep domain expertise in Sourcing/Source-to-Contract
• Provide thought leadership in latest trends/technologies within Industries
• Excel in developing strong client dialogue, both at GPO and at CPO level
• Flexible and capable of domestic and international travel
• Understand, propose and pitch the key levers/differentiators to new/existing customers for transformation journey
• Participation in special / strategic projects from time to time
• Conducting diagnostics, solution design or due diligence exercise
• Manage end to end pre-sales activities for digital capabilities – identify opportunity, pitch the right digital solution, solution building, business case creation etc.
• Understand client digital transformation needs & consult/provide customized solutions, develop business case
• Develop digital assets, collaterals, case studies for exiting digital capabilities
• Collaborate with multiple departments within the company & lead the overall transformation journey for clients

Skills Required:

• Very good understanding of procurement services space, particularly within managed services/BPO space
• Strong team player who thrives when working in a fast paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes
• Experience in capability development/ practice development/ product development is desirable
• Very good understanding of digital ecosystem within procurement experience in delivering end-to-end transformation projects for Global clients
• Well versed with digital technologies and tools, automation, analytics etc.
• Well versed with process diagnostics, blueprinting activities etc. and savvy with PowerPoint and Excel
• Exposure to commercial models understanding relevant to Procurement/ Sourcing (e.g. cost break down sheets, business case analysis, TCO analysis, etc.)
• Go-getter who is driven to develop business relationships with target clients and transform relationships and opportunities into successful projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive strong client dialogue

Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate Certification in Procurement/ Supply Chain desirable
