Job duties and responsibilities: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumersMonitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.)Content amplification and launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. to increase company and brand awarenessAnalyze the placement and platform performance and optimizing adsets based on the metrics to reduce the CPAAnalyze audience sets and optimize the campaigns to reduce the cost/results and increase signups and purchase.Create search/video campaigns based on interest and conversion goal.Optimization and bid management to bring cost down and to increase conversions.Search query analysis and keyword / negative expansion.Implementation of expanded text ads and responsive ads across all active campaigns.Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics toolsAcquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-dateCollaborate with Marketing, Retail Sales and Product Development teamsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesMonitor user engagement and suggest content optimizationJob requirements and qualificationsGraduated with either a 3 or 4 year degree with focus in Marketing or Visual Communications or Fashion Design from a reputable university.Work experience of 2 – 3 years as a social media executive with a good knowledge in Facebook/Instagram and or Google Adwords/YouTube.Familiarity with design and publishing.Excellent multitasking skills and problem-solving skills.Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR35,000.00 – INR50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
