Design Info Hiring for Data Entry Operator at Mumbai Full Time

Design Info is looking for a Data Entry Operator to keep the prices of products on our portal up-to-date as well as reply to customer emails.

Responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of Product Pricing and attributes. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets, Searching for products online and comparing pricing with competitor. You will work with the Marketing Manager. Previous experience of working on Excel will be considered an advantage. You will also reply to customer emails who ask for pricing of certain products.

Responsibilities

• Insert Product Price data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents and online websites within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Reply to emails of customers giving pricing information of the products.
• Reply to customers WhatsApp messsages giving crucial information aout products.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete data
• Apply comparison formulae in excel, including percentages
• Generate reports from our database
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements and skills

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator
• Experience with MS Office Excel and Online Data search
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Graduation or Diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
